Fraser DECA had a very successful showing at the State competition in Downtown Detroit, with 23 students competing against 4000 others from across the state. The team won three State Champion trophies and 15 medals, including Nouri Hollins becoming State Champion in Personal Finance Literacy; Angelina Headrick and Casie Savoie also became State Champions in the Ethics Team Event, and along with Nouri, they will be competing at the DECA International Competition in Anaheim, California. Other Fraser students also won medals and achieved top 10 finalist status in various events.
