Every year the music department hosts a Cabaret night showcasing individual student talent, the Jazz Band, and the Fraser Singers ensemble. It is an intimate evening event that recognizes some the most talented students in the music department.

The event is for the families of everybody involved. There was dinner hosted by the Culinary team in the CTE department. During dinner, students performed personal solos, duets, and in ensembles. The individual performances is significant because it  highlights student talent as well as providing good dinner entertainment.

Then, the Jazz Band performs an hour long set that features multiple students. After their set was done, the Fraser Singers perform their songs. They are helped by student, Nicolas Durnell, on drums and their piano accompanist, Mr. Toering. The Fraser Singers, just like the Jazz Band, also feature multiple students.

Overall, the event is great for the music department and help families to see and support their students in all the hard work, time, and effort they put into the arts.
