This week is Charity Week at Fraser High School, and student council has been hard at work planning and carrying out a week full of events in order to reach their goal of $10,000 to donate to charity.
The chosen charity this year is Lighthouse Coffee, a nonprofit coffee shop that helps children aging out of the foster care system.
One of the events that student council hosted took place at the coffee shop on Tuesday.
Guests were invited to compete in trivia, play board games, drink coffee, and eat snacks.

The event was a huge success. They made over $600 in one night. Between the laughter-filled trivia, the yummy pizza and pretzels for only $1, and the good company, the night was a lot of fun and raised a ton of money for a great cause.
