Girls Varsity Tennis: Fraser vs. Chippewa

Amy Weed, Co-Editor

This past Monday, April 27, Fraser Girls Varsity Tennis won their fourth MAC Blue match against Chippewa 5-3. It was a grueling meet and a fight to the last match; the score was 3-3 overall with three and four doubles going into a third set. Both teams were behind the fences and cheered for their teammates.

Outstanding performances by all the doubles teams, it was a close meet where every point and every match counted.

Afterwards, there was a barbeque courtesy of Chippewa that everyone dug into.

Overall, the girls 5-3, making it their fourth MAC Blue win. The last MAC Blue match is away against Port Huron Wednesday April 29.

Fraser: 4-0-0
