New coach Brings New Goals to Fraser High School Cheer Team

Fraser High School has recruited a new cheer coach from Bloomingfield High School that has brought features never seen before. Fraser cheer has struggled the past couple years, the new coach could be the push they needed.

The new cheer season started in late June, the first new step they took into the season was conditioning.

“We never did it last season, it’s tough but it makes us a lot better,” said varsity member Jaclyn Rapp.

Coach Kim has added loads of new tumbling passes and stunts which has benefited the team.

“This year has been such a step up from last year, I love it.” Said Rapp.

The cheer team has exciting new plans for the seasons yet to come along with competitive cheer.
