May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a crucial time to recognize the importance of mental well-being and support those affected by mental health challenges.
To raise awareness and promote kindness, the Be Nice Club is hosting a Mental Health Spirit Week from May 12 to May 16. Each day features a special theme, from wearing a shirt with a positive message on Mantra Monday to showing gratitude on Thankful Tuesday by twinning with a friend.
On White Out Wednesday, wear white to symbolize replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. Take Care Thursday invites everyone to wear comfy clothes or pajamas to prioritize self-care.
Finally, on Friday, Mental Health Awareness Day, wear green to show your support. Don’t forget to stop by the lunchroom on Tuesday to send a “compliment gram” to a friend.
