Everyday, people buy new items. Whether it is clothing or electronics, it cost money. People also want to show them off to their friends. It could be at school or at a house, there is one thing that can always happen: it gets lost.

In high school, students bring with them multiple items that cost hundred to thousands of dollars. While it is normal to possibly lost a jacket or pencil, is it really normal for people to lose their shoes, phones, and jewelry and NOT try to find it?

At FHS’s lost and found, it is crowded with gadgets and gizmos, and it seems that not many people are coming by to claim it. Why is that?

Phones cost a lot of money. People wear jackets and shoes. Who enjoys losing their accessories? There are leftover water bottles that people could be saving money on instead of having to buy plastic ones. There are glasses that people use to read and see.

A large amount of items are left, and it is nearly the end of the school year! The school is not going to keep these items over the summer. People need to claim their items soon.
