New, upcoming singer Tori Kelly released her single “Nobody Love” from her album Unbreakable Smile.

In the song, Kelly relates to many generations about how fun and special love is. “Nobody Love” is definitely an upbeat love song, but it also says that love is so powerful even if you do not want them to whoever you are in love with has your heart. Kelly tells this by saying, “I should be more clinical and tell myself it’s not okay to feel this way with I’m with you / I try my best to fight say I hate you…but ain’t nobody love ain’t nobody love like you do.”

Everyone can relate to having mixed feelings or not wanting to be in love with someone, but in the end we love them no matter what. Early in the song, Kelly also point outs how everybody wants something nowadays, and no one wants to be someone special to others if they cannot get something out of it. Kelly says, “Everybody’s looking for that something. No one ever wants to pay the price.”

Another topic Kelly chooses to include is how everyone is so wrapped up in their own gossip and business that no one realizes how great things in front of them are. She sings, “Everybody’s talkin bout the net thing, feel like what they’ve got ain’t good enough.” Many teens relate to what Kelly says being how wrapped up we are in technology today.

In the end, Kelly’s main message is that no matter what, love conquers all whether we want it to or not.
